How am I supposed to progress this quest? I've done all the others leading up to it and have read when you finish the quest with Shamira, Nocticula is supposed to appear and teleport you somewhere but instead nothing happens. The quest ends and that's it.I am currently stuck trying to use the portal. I have found both keys and returned to the hand. There's no dialogue with the hand to open the portal.
